Air Mail Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients

2 oz golden rum

.5 oz lime juice

1 tsp honey

Directions

Mix rum, lime juice, and honey thoroughly with cracked ice in a chilled cocktail shaker, then pout unstrained into a Collins glass.  Fill with champagne.
